As an independently run funeral directors we are here to help you plan the funeral your loved one deserves whilst keeping costs down.

The service you choose can be as grand or as simple as you would like. The type of coffin you choose, the transport you choose and even the time of the service you would like attribute to the cost of the service.

The cost of a funeral is made up of three parts:

  • Professional fees (the funeral directors service)
  • Third party costs such as doctors fees, burial or cremation fees
  • Any added extras such as limousines, flowers and obituary notices

Adams & Young Professional Fees - £1950

These include:

  • Making all funeral arrangements tailored to your individual needs, either at our funeral home or at your home
  • Completing all necessary paperwork
  • Emergency call out – day or night
  • Working with all third parties such as crematoriums, cemetery staff and florists
  • Care and preparation for the deceased – including dressing and washing your loved one and bringing into our care from a 20 mile radius
  • Viewing of deceased person for family and friends by appointment only
  • At a date and time you agree with the funeral director taking the deceased person to the agreed crematorium or cemetery

Direct Cremation - £1295

Unattended cremations are gaining popularity if a funeral service is something your loved one did not want.

This is a dignified option in which your loved one is cremated without a service or ceremony. This leaves you the option to celebrate their life at a time when everyone is emotionally ready.

Sunrise & Sunset Service - £1595.00

This service is offered Monday-Friday in 20 minute intervals. The sunrise service is at 9.00am, 9.20 am and 9.40am. The sunset service taking place at 5.00pm or 5.20pm. This service is only available at Thornhill Crematorium in the Briwnant Chapel, unattended or attended. 
 
Specifically created for families who want a simple, dignified, short service to say goodbye.
