Pre-planned funeral plans
November 8, 2022Here at Adams & Young Funeral Directors we provide the highest level of care to all our families. Every funeral is unique to the family we are looking after so understanding your needs is paramount to what we do.
The main decision when your loved one dies is where you would like them to rest and whether their final wishes were burial or cremation.
It’s one of the last significant decisions that we can make for our loved ones.
Burials will take place at your chosen cemetery or churchyard.
Cremations take place at the local crematorium, these can be religious or non-religious.
Consider who you would like to take the service, whether this will be a religious minister, celebrant or humanist.
Think about your loved one’s final journey, whether you would like the traditional funeral hearse and limousine or something a little more unique like a horse drawn carriage, motorcycle hearse or even a land rover hearse. Whatever you decide we can organise for you and make sure your loved one arrives in style.
Have you thought about a coffin for your loved one? Whether they would like a traditional wood coffin, a wicker basket, a colourful coffin or you could even hand decorate one yourself.
Flowers or donations? If you require flowers we are able to recommend an exceptional florist who produces beautiful and commemorative arrangements that suit your wishes. Please visit Heaven Scent Floral design www.heavenscentfloraldesign.co.uk
Some families prefer to make donations to a charity close to their heart.
Arranging a funeral can be daunting but we are here to help and guide you through each step of the way.
